No — we're carpet cleaning specialists, so we focus on extracting water from soaked carpets and drying them. For major flooding, water inside walls or subfloors, or established mold, you'll want a dedicated restoration company. If that's what your situation calls for, we'll tell you honestly so you don't lose time.

Do you work with insurance companies?

We're a small family-operated carpet cleaning business, so we don't bill insurance or manage claims directly. We're happy to provide an invoice for the extraction and drying work we do, which you can submit to your insurer, but you'll handle the claim itself. For large losses, your insurance may direct you to a full restoration contractor.

Can my carpet be saved, or will it need to be replaced?

Often the carpet itself can be saved if we get the water out and dry it quickly. The bigger question is usually the pad underneath — if water has fully saturated it, the pad may need to be replaced even when the carpet is fine. We'll inspect what we're dealing with and give you a straight answer about what can and can't be salvaged.
